But I do want to add, after consuming lots of acidic meats, dairy, and processed foods, it will take longer than a week to truly cleanse the body/mind/energetic field of all you have previously consumed. It’s best to follow this cleanse with raw fruits, veggies, and a plant based diet, with lots of leafy greens and juices, while incorporating herbs to cleanse and repair the body on a cellular level! It's best to do a water/liquids fast & consuming 1 Gallon of spring water a day while cleansing so the herbs can activate, move through the body, and work it's magic! Cascara Sagrada- Causes muscle contractions in the intestines that help move stool through the bowels while stimulating the liver and pancreas secretion
Rhubarb Root- Highly effective laxative that helps improve tone and health of digestive tract. Also cleanses heavy mteals and kills harmful bacteria.
Prodigiosa- Stimulates pancreas secretions, reduces blood sugar level, and motivates fat digestion in the gallbladder while improving stomach digestion.
